SCHOLARSHIPS:
Scholarships are available from many areas. The CCHS future center scholarship page compiles a list of National, State and Local scholarships found on link below. OSAC (Office of Student Access and Completion) is a great state scholarship common application that offers 450+ scholarships with one application found through the link below. We also have a wall of scholarships for students to take home for a rough draft before submission. This is located on the scholarship bulletin board outside the future center entrance.

Central Electric will award one $5,000 scholarship. Upon selection and official enrollment to an accredited Line College program, scholarship checks will be paid directly to the school. Central Electric’s scholarship program is available for those who are active with Central electric as their power service provider. Such as Members and/or applicants whose parent or guardian is an active member, in good standing, with Central Electric Cooperative. OnPoint Community Credit Union sponsors the Scholar Program, recognizing Scholar Athletes and Activity Scholars who are graduating seniors at OSAA member schools. The Scholar Program recognizes graduating seniors who have achieved a 3.50 or higher unweighted cumulative GPA and earned a varsity letter in an OSAA-sanctioned sport or competed in an OSAA-sanctioned activity. Each qualifying, graduating senior receives a certificate of achievement from the OSAA and OnPoint Community Credit Union. All graduating seniors in the Scholar Program are eligible to apply for one of six college scholarships – two winners will receive a $5,000 scholarship and four winners will each receive a $1,000 scholarship. Winners will be selected based on success in the classroom, leadership in the community, how participating in OSAA activities has either taught them a lesson or helped them achieve their goals and two letters of recommendation. | Senior |
